I like all the rest of you have been stuck inside for about a month now and have decided not to slack off and give myself a period of rest but instead work harder to who I want to be
I think this is a perfect time to be doing things that are productive and go towards a better life for me. I have been running and working out which keeps me active during this boring time so I don't become lazy. Next I will be giving some tips on how to stay productive during these times.
Waking Up. I think waking up in reasonable time is very important. Although over the last week I haven't followed that rule myself I think it is very important. A good schedule to follow would be 11-7 as you get to stay up pretty late but also get up pretty early. You can do a lot of things in that time and could be finished school or work early in the day to work on things you want to do. If you don't want to follow this 11-7 rule, I would suggest getting up before 12 and sleeping for only 8 hours as to get productive things done.
Staying Motivated. Making sure you are doing work everyday on a set schedule and doing what you need to is very important. If you procrastinate and wait til your deadlines you will never stay motivated and will fail to succeed. I think that making sure you have a productive day and doing everything on your to-do list is very important to a successful life.
Get Active. It is very important that staying active and going for walks or runs as well as maybe working out is very important. Through this you can get the body you want or to just get healthier in general. It can never hurt to get active and do things outside while social distancing is important. I have been going for runs and it has kept me motivated to continue my work and push on.
I wish all of you health and safety in your staying at home and social distancing. I also wish you all success in doing what you want to do to make yourself better.
